MISS USA 2014 - PRELIMINARY EVENING GOWN (GOOD)

This year's batch I personally think is one of the weakest batch.. The stunning girls aren't so much and to complete the whole mess, their dresses is so plain jane and some are spectacularly bad.

However, of course there is the good ones and let's jump right in!

Aaaahhhh I am so glad she listened to my advice, her hair is way way way better than the one in the photo! This looks way more elegant and YOUNG!!! She looks charming and fun! And what I noticed, is the perfect length of the dress! Good job girl!!! You have transformed yourself from Real Housewive of Colorado to the actual Miss Colorado! 9.0/10

This dress is good I think. It has a nice shape to it and I am glad she switched her previous gown to this one. To me, this dress is a mix of Erin Brady's last year and Alyssa Campanella's in 2011. But unfortunately, this girl can't walk in it! (According to the forumers, since I have not found any videos) But dresswise 8.7/10

Why I love Miss South Carolina is because over the last few official pictures, she looks the most natural one. It really shows how happy she is and how grateful she is for this opportunity. She's really having fun and it always reflect on pictures well! She can be the first lady like tomorrow!!! She is always on point, elegant and pretty. Her tallness really helped her to stand out. 9.1/10

Good god she sticked with dress because I can't imagine her wearing other dresses and still look this FAB!! I think this canary yellow jumps out of her skin tone purfectly gurl! The whole styling is also well-done and I love that little hints of red lipstick! From the pictures I saw of her she looked FIERCE, working that stage like there's no tomorrow! 9.0/10

I am glad to see her changing her gown because this is waaaaay sexier and a lot more on-trend than the one on the official EG portrait. The previous one was just so out and not sexy. I love the straight hair as well!!! PERFECTION. 9.1/10 because of the amazing transformation!

I am just speechless when it comes to Miss North Dakota. Facial wise, I think she is in the top 2 for me, alongside Miss Nevada. But this elegant dress just makes me love her even deeper and further. I do think the fabric looks cheap-ish but she still worked it with the overall styling. She looks like she's so ready to become one of Victoria's Secret Angels! 8.7/10

Miss Iowa is sticking to that dress that she wore in the EG portrait and she didn't have the need to change because that gown is absolutely stunning, she looked so expensive in that dress! Her skin tone looks so nice, by the way! Loving this! 9.4/10

Daymmmnnnn Girl She is on fire!!!! She really reminds me of Constanta Baez at last year's Miss Universe. Don't you think? I love this dress and I love this side-swept hair better than the one in the official EG portrait. 8.9/10

Kentucky is looking pretty in this dress. I do love the dress not the overall styling. I would've prefer this look with her hair down. But in terms of mermaid style dresses, South Carolina looked better. 8.7/10

GODDESS?! I think this is the best of the night, simply because she looks like a million dollar hot girl! She looks effortless, fit, hot, classy and gorgeous! My goodness I am so glad she switched into this dress because it really compliments her super model face. I can easily see her on a red-carpet and have people be like "wow who's that chick?!" 9.5/10

I am not a huge fan of blue dresses but man, this is STUNNING! I do think this looks like Miss Ohio's dress but I like this one way better because surprisingly the blue and the nude background color of the dress match! It makes the blue glow! Stunning, Stunning, STUNNING!! 9.1/10

Miss Florida has turned into Miss-Sun-Bright-like-a-Diamond, apparently. The dress itself is simple but it's glowing on stage, which actually is very good because on stage, you wanna shine bright like you're the diamond. You want people to notice and wearing a full beaded dress is definitely the way to do it! I do think it could've been better but this is a huge improvement from pageant-betty dress she wore at the EG portrait. 8.4/10
