HALLOWEEN SPECIAL: EG OR HALLOWEEN COSTUMES?

In the history of pageant, we have seen countless of beautiful evening gown......... but it's almost impossible as well to FORGET these beyond ridiculous gowns!!! I really don't understand what is on their mind to even think they would wanna wear these dresses! Take a look:
