Miss World's Newest Franchise!

So, getting out of the whole Miss Universe thing, let's move on to the second biggest beauty pageant, Miss World. They recently shook hands with the organization of Miss United States for franchising the Miss United States, which means that the recently crowned winner of Miss United States has the right to compete in Miss World. Finally!

For a country that big and being known as one of the pageant powerhouses, it's sad to see them handpicking the girls all this time. They really do need a proper pageant. However, I must say, my goodness, it's so far from the all glamazing Miss USA. They need to step up their game, like ASAP! The winner is very harsh looking, I think. I hope she has a good personality to balance it out!
