thoughts on #MISSWORLD2014
AND FINALLY MISS WORLD 2014 is here!!!! it is the last grand slam pageant in 2014 (considering miss universe is actually in 2015, meh). okay so let's get to it!!!!!
the show opened with sky blu from the LMFAO as the girls strutted down the stage in their national costumes. it was a pretty forgettable performance, honestly! and did you see him slip just few minutes before the song ended? ha ha ha. i thought only girls in high heels can slip on stage.
then the dance of the world segment was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! love this segment! i love the fact that they have all the girls imitate some of the moves from the dances that were chosen! my favorite dance was INDIA! overall, it was a good opening segment!
thoughts on stage: boring as hell!
thoughts on the hosts: nothing in comparison to the energetic Miss Universe hosts. I wished they hired a more well-known people!
the introduction was just scrambled! the girls came forward without any particular order, i got confused! they need to FIX IT next year.
Scotland and Malaysia were the top 2 in the talent part of the competition, and they had a spin-off on the final telecast, which i thought was pretty funny........ Scotland wasn't so great and I didn't like the color of her gown. The earrings were too big as well hahahah
in terms of singing AND gown, malaysia was (miles) better. one thing, though, she walked horribly in that gown.

Bosnia and Herzegovina - top model (Megan failed at saying Herzegovina lol)

Based on the overall judging I think Miss World should be SOUTH AFRICA.
